Electro Medical Analysis, Inc. was formed in 1989 and has been supplying Hospitals, Physician offices, Surgery Centers, Physical Therapy Rehab Hospitals, Physical Therapy Clinics and Veterinary Clinics with their Biomedical needs.
EMA formulates an inventory of all medical equipment with a state-of-the-art tracking system to monitor the electrical satety testing, preventative maintenance, calibrations and repairs made to each medical device.
We perform the Biomedical electrical safety tests as required by the National Electrical Code (NEC) and stated in the National Fire Prevention Association (NFPA) Code 99. These safety tests are required under Federal and State regulations and various healthcare regulatory agencies such as TJC, (formerly JCAHO), CMS to name a few. All medical equipment must work according to each manufacturers specifications and standards.
The EMA team is qualified through many years of experience, education and working closely with the manufacturers to make sure the repairs made are accurate and to their standards. Our technicians are certified with many of these manufacturers. Our president is on the board of advisors for one of the largest Biomedical Colleges in Texas, Texas State Technical Institute in Waco, Texas.
